The Original Pantry Cafe Los Angeles
This place is an LA institution, open 24 hours a day since 1924 -- until 2020, that is. Now it offers defined hours, but has been an LA cultural landmark for 100 years! We hit it up at night and weren't really into breakfast scene, but they are know for their fluffy pancakes and breakfast served all-day/while open.. They offered free coffee until 2011.
Pedro's Tacos Orange County
It's hard to beat a taco stand by the beach! Harder still when they're serving up breakfast burritos and smokin' fish tacos! Launched in 1986, they're becoming an Orange County tradition!
Old West Cinnamon Rolls Pismo Beach
These are the GRAYTEST cinnamon rolls you will ever, ever, ever eat! Dean's family has been enjoying the sumptuous treats since they first opened!
Harry's Night Club & Beach Bar Pismo Beach
While you're in Pismo, stop in to Harry's! It's a local landmark and a family favorite!! It's a GRAYT place four a cousins' reunion!!
The Rose Venice Venice Beach
A GRAYT (albeit a little pricey) dinner, but it came in clutch for coffee and pastries each morning. Sadly, we were not in the Nest but we did find an awesome rental 3 blocks from the beach.
